Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator at our Jurong West location.

Working days are Monday–Friday, 08:00am–05:00pm, with a salary of SGD 2,800–3,100 plus SGD 90 transport allowance. You will handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries. Candidates should have at least 1 year of logistics experience, be proficient in MS Office, and familiar with shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shipping/logistics experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents.
• Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms.
