Hong Aik Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an organized logistics coordinator to support both logistics and operations teams.

You will process documentation, manage data entry, coordinate vehicle compliance, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows. The role requires attention to detail and proactive communication with transport companies, brokers, and regulatory authorities.

• Process and maintain accurate logistics documentation to support operational efficiency
• Prepare reports on operational metrics, logistics performance, and administrative activities for management review
• Manage vehicle-related compliance by handling Road Tax, VPC, and Insurance renewals promptly
• Enter job ticket data for tipper trucks accurately and timely to ensure smooth billing and payment processes with finance and drivers
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally, directing enquiries to appropriate departments
• Assist with data entry, spreadsheet management, and database updates to support logistics operations
• Support Logistics and Operations teams with general administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Liaise effectively with external parties including transport companies, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate operations
• Monitor and order office supplies and materials to maintain adequate stock levels
