Job summary

AIMTOP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Logistics & Warehouse Operations Lead to plan transportation, optimize routes, and supervise warehousing activities to meet tight delivery deadlines.

You will manage budgets, negotiate carrier rates, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff, leveraging SCM software, ERP, and WMS to drive cost efficiencies and service quality. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics and 3–5 years of hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SCM software, ERP systems, and WMS.
• Ability to track performance metrics, analyze delivery data, and fix bottlenecks.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Warehouse Operations: Manage inventory levels, oversee storage layouts, and track stock accuracy.
• Order Cycle Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor operational costs, control expenditures, and build cost-reduction strategies.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse and logistics staff.
