Job summary

AGPG Asia PTE LTD is seeking a highly organized Logistics Manager to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently to meet customer demands and company targets. In this role you will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, plan manpower, oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate deliveries, and drive continuous improvement across processes, KPI monitoring, and safety compliance.

Collaborative leadership with cross-functional teams and strong proficiency in WMS and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, SCM, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WMS and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound activities.
• Plan daily manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity to meet targets.
• Oversee inventory control, investigate stock discrepancies, conduct stock audits, and maintain accuracy.
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch processes in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate daily delivery schedules with drivers and transport partners for timely deliveries.
• Resolve operational issues including delays, shortages, damaged goods, and complaints.
• Review and improve warehouse and delivery processes and SOPs for productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained while enforcing safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Finance to support order fulfilment and planning.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to maintain service standards.
• Coach and develop warehouse team, providing hands-on support as needed.

• Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained while enforcing workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support smooth order fulfilment and inventory planning.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and third‑party logistics partners to maintain service standards.
• Coach, develop, and lead the warehouse team while providing hands‑on operational support whenever required.
