Job summary

WORKLE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Logistics Manager for a multi-brand retail distribution operation based in Orchard, Singapore.

The role covers Singapore and Malaysia, owning the end-to-end logistics function across brands and markets, including inbound and outbound operations and budget oversight. The position requires at least 6 years in logistics/supply chain with 2–3 years in management, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing landed costs and managing 3PL SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in logistics or supply chain with 2–3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience managing multi-origin inbound logistics across SEA markets.
• Demonstrated experience managing 3PL partnerships including SLA negotiation.
• Experience managing logistics budgets and freight cost optimisation.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end logistics strategy and budget across multiple brands and markets.
• Lead selection, onboarding, and performance management of 3PL partners for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Oversee inbound shipment coordination across origin markets and manage freight forwarders.
• Ensure on-time stock replenishment and review outbound performance with stores.
• Coach and develop Logistics Executives and scale the function with company expansion.

Logistics Manager | Multi-Brand Retail

Location: Orchard, Singapore (covering Singapore & Malaysia markets)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm

We are hiring on behalf of a growing multi-brand retail distribution company managing multiple international brand partnerships across the region. This is a senior leadership role where you will own the end-to-end logistics function across all brands and markets.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy

• Own and develop GBA's logistics strategy across multiple brand origin markets

• Build freight strategies balancing cost, speed, and stock cover requirements

• Optimise landed costs per brand through FTAs, consolidated shipments, and freight renegotiation

• Own and manage the logistics budget with monthly reporting to senior management

3PL Partnership Management

• Lead selection, onboarding, and performance management of 3PL partners for Singapore and Malaysia

• Negotiate and own 3PL SLAs covering receiving, pick-pack accuracy, and outbound delivery timelines

• Conduct regular 3PL business reviews and drive continuous improvement

Inbound Operations

• Oversee all inbound shipment coordination across multiple origin markets

• Manage freight forwarders and customs brokers; renegotiate terms annually

• Ensure customs compliance across Singapore and Malaysia with zero avoidable delays or penalties

• Apply preferential tariff schemes such as ASEAN FTAs to reduce landed costs

Outbound & Store Distribution

• Ensure on-time stock replenishment to all stores across Singapore and Malaysia

• Manage last-mile delivery vendors and review outbound performance weekly

• Work closely with Retail Operations on store-level replenishment priorities

Team Leadership

• Manage, coach, and develop Logistics Executive(s)

• Partner with Merchandising and Finance on seasonal intake, landed cost tracking, and budget reporting

• Scale the logistics function in line with company and store expansion roadmap

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

• Minimum 6 years of logistics or supply chain experience with at least 2-3 years in a management role

• Proven experience managing multi-origin inbound logistics across SEA markets

• Demonstrated experience managing 3PL partnerships including SLA negotiation

• Experience managing logistics budgets and freight cost optimisation

• Strong leadership and team management experience
