Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to liaise with suppliers and customers, coordinate order fulfilment with factories, and manage freight negotiations and shipment bookings.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field, with 3–5 years’ experience in freight or trade operations; familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and SAP is a plus. Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in freight, logistics coordination, or trade operations.
• Knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling is a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One is a bonus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally for overseas business trips.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Manage and coordinate with factories and customers on order fulfilment, resolving supply chain issues.
• Freight negotiation and shipment booking.
• Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurers when needed.
• Maintain accurate order fulfilment records.
