Job summary

Riello UPS Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics, including freight booking, shipment tracking and on-time delivery.

You will liaise with freight forwarders and customs, prepare shipping documents, and use SAP for inventory, POs and orders. Strong Excel/Word skills and 3+ years in logistics are expected; join a team focused on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics, inventory or warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP and inventory management preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including freight booking, shipment tracking and timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs agents for cargo clearance.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, B/L and LC documents.
• Use SAP to manage inventory, POs and sales/service orders.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, stock ageing and inventory movement.
• Monitor warehouse space and capacity to ensure sufficient space for incoming goods.
• Manage regular, warranty, loan and rental inventory with proper tracking and documentation.
• Track warranty claims and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates on shipments, inventory and warehouse status.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory and warehouse efficiency.
