Responsibilities

• Arranging, monitoring, and optimizing daily delivery schedules, shipments, and driver routes.
• Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock records, and coordinating warehouse loading/unloading.
• Preparing shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists) and supporting customs clearance/trade regulations.
• Acting as the main point of contact between suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal departments (sales/warehouse).
• Promptly addressing delays, damage, or stock-related issues.
