Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an operations coordinator in Singapore to support logistics, inventory, and customer coordination from our Singapore site.

You will maintain WMS records, manage daily inventory, and ensure accurate reporting while coordinating transport and deliveries. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a Class 3 license, with the opportunity to work within a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or operations coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of customs processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Class 3 license (Compulsory).

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain WMS records for inbound, outbound, and movements.
• Manage daily inventory, location plans, and reporting across systems.
• Coordinate transport, delivery, and collection; liaise with customers.
• Prepare shipping documents, permits, and defect reports.
• Liaise with operations to arrange deliveries and confirm orders.
• Handle billing, check invoices, and update monthly projections.
• Support ISO audits, SOP compliance, and workplace safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore customs, LTA, and regulations.
• Run monthly cycle counts and stock takes; prepare KPI reports.
• Act as first aider and provide ad-hoc team support.
