You will liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve order discrepancies, prepare export/import documents, and support the warehouse and transport teams with data entry and reporting to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipment preparation, documentation, and inventory tracking for local and international consignments.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate export/import documents, invoices, and payment records for trade operations.
• Support warehouse and transport teams with data entry, reporting, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
