Project Duration: 12 months (full compensation provided).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Analyse data from various sources, provides recommendations, and distribute reports to management to resolve operational issues, regular reporting and as part of project assignments.
• Assist in the development and measurement of KPI’s and operational improvement processes for a site/function.
• Work as full member of a project team to achieve the overall project milestones and deliverables.
• Frequently demonstrate progress with current work and present intermediate results to the Steering Committee for consideration.
• Work proactively and initiate communication with any stakeholders that needs to be involved if necessary. Follows up on work independently and make others aware of challenges to the assignment.
• For Contract Logistics Trainees, apply Lean Methodology to identify different types of waste and explore ways to minimize them.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Power BI to support reporting and decision-making processes.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field of study from accredited universities.
• Internship/traineeship in international logistics/manufacturing business or related industry. Essential but not necessary.
• 0 to 2 years working experience in international logistics/manufacturing business or related industry in analytical role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent skill in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Knowledge of general supply chain concepts & Lean Methodology would be advantageous for Contract Logistics trainees.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate to employees of various functions and positions effectively.
• Good presentation skills.
• Demonstrate willingness in continuously learning, improving and display learned behaviour / knowledge.
