Job summary

SE Active is seeking a Logistics Executive in Singapore to own key logistics and supply-chain functions, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and shipment coordination. You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role reports to the Commercial Finance & Logistics Manager and requires a proactive, detail‑oriented candidate with strong problem‑solving skills and experience in warehouse and shipment operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or stock management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, and shipment coordination processes.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g. Odoo) and Excel/data tools.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse vendor to validate order details and fulfilment readiness.
• Ensure order tracking systems are up-to-date and reflect real-time order statuses.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve discrepancies related to order processing.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and 3PLs for smooth transportation.
• Monitor and manage freight costs while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain stock records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile with system data.
• Collaborate with warehouse vendors to monitor stock levels and replenish timely.
• Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and shipment status.
• Support implementation and refinement of logistics SOPs and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and After Sales to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with inquiries regarding delivery timelines, stock availability, and logistics issues.
