Job summary

SE Active PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Logistics Executive to own key logistics and supply chain functions, focusing on order fulfilment and inventory management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and After Sales, optimize processes, and ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, proficiency with inventory systems (e.g., Odoo), and strong coordination with internal teams and third‑party providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of hands-on logistics, supply chain, or stock management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, and shipment coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Fulfilment: Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner; coordinate with sales and warehouse to ensure readiness and tracking is up-to-date.
• Shipment Coordination & Logistics: Track shipments, liaise with freight forwarders and vendors, manage costs while maintaining service levels.
• Inventory Management & Warehouse Coordination: Maintain stock records, conduct counts, replenish, and enforce safety SOPs.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Generate logistics performance reports, analyze data for improvements and cost reductions.
• Administrative & Cross‑Functional Support: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and After Sales to ensure seamless operations.
