Job summary

SATS Ltd in Singapore seeks a seasoned APAC Productivity and Performance Lead to drive cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives across cargo and ground handling. You will transform data into actionable insights, establish governance for KPIs, and lead continuous improvement projects to boost productivity and cost efficiency.

You will mentor teams, develop dashboards and forecasting models, and collaborate with Finance and Operational stakeholders to sustain measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably with Black Belt.
• Experience teaching Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Comfort interacting with and coaching individuals at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC performance management framework across cargo and ground handling operations.
• Establish and govern KPIs, targets, review cadence and reporting standards.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities using actual, budget, forecast and target data.
• Facilitate monthly performance reviews with management and Business Units.
• Develop analytical frameworks, forecasting models and scenario planning.
• Conduct root cause investigations on productivity, cost, service quality and variances.
• Coach leaders in Lean Six Sigma methods and problem solving.
• Scale improvement solutions across APAC Business Units when applicable.
