Job summary
THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Services Executive (Logistics) in Pasir Panjang, Singapore. The role handles customer service via phone and email, prepares shipping documents, and ensures timely delivery of shipments.
In-house software training will be provided; experience in the shipping industry is preferred. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Qualifications
- Preferably experience in shipping industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support through phone and emails.
- Prepare shipping documents and handle import/ export documentation.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Process invoices promptly and accurately
- Ensure import/ export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP
