Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive at Changi Airfreight Centre to support the customer service team and manage inquiries for both air and sea freight. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with carriers and customers.

Salary ranges SGD 2,600–3,200 monthly with Monday to Friday 9am–6pm. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and prior logistics/customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' level.
• With relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the customer service department.
• To handle all customers rating for both air and sea freight.
• To liaise with air and sea carriers & customers.
• To handle all sea freight documentation such as bookings & billing.
