Job summary

Employment Care Consultancy in Singapore invites a proactive logistics professional to support the Logistics Manager for all services. You will handle import/export of marine stores, coordinate third-party deliveries, and monitor Malaysia deliveries with proper documentation.

You will manage inventory control for third-party goods, perform incoming goods checks, and prepare delivery documents such as DO and invoices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of admin work experience in Logistics.
• Good organization and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work under stress in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to write and converse well in English.
• Certified Customs Declarant advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics Manager for all Logistic Services
• Import/Export handling of marine stores
• Coordinating 3rd Party Deliveries
• Monitor Malaysia deliveries and arrange documentation
• Inventory Control & Customer Relations for 3rd Party goods
• Incoming goods check
• Delivery Documentation (DO, Invoices)
