Job summary

Wing Seng Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Customer Service Officer to support daily transport operations by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate records.

You will handle inquiries, bookings, and service requests, update customers on status and delays, assist with billing verification, and ensure compliance with transport regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level; Diploma preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude.
• Prior experience in logistics or transport industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure efficient job scheduling and delivery
• Update customers on job status, delays, or any service issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, delivery notes, and transport documents
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and eliminate issues when necessary
• Support billing processes by verifying job completion and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
