Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and track transport jobs to ensure on-time performance
• Update customers on job status, delays, or any service issues
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of orders, delivery notes, and transport documents
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalates issues when necessary
• Support billing processes by verifying job completion and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
