E-TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Admin Assistant / Customer Service Officer to join our established logistics team in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with the warehouse, and manage shipments and related bookings.

Training will be provided; a team-oriented, proactive candidate with good communication and basic computer skills is encouraged to apply. The role offers stability and growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service or logistics experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and discrepancies.
• Arrange transportation, courier and export bookings.
• Prepare reports and assist with inventory & stock take.
• Handle month-end billing and ad-hoc duties.
