Job summary

You will coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal teams, prepare quotations and documents, and provide admin support across warehouse activities.

Ideal candidates will manage inquiries professionally, monitor shipments, and promptly resolve any delivery issues while supporting the warehouse and logistics teams.

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Track and update delivery progress to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and manage documentation for inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Communicate and coordinate with customers, transport providers, and internal teams on logistics activities.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant logistics documents as required.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up to resolve any delivery or operational issues.
• Provide administrative and operational support to warehouse and logistics teams.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
