Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring a Logistics Assistant in Singapore to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare documents, and support warehouse operations.

Working at Jurong West with company transport provided, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:10pm, basic salary SGD 3,000–3,500 + variable bonus, and training will be provided. Key responsibilities include liaising with freight forwarders, tracking orders, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Training will be provided for those lesser/without experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments and local transport
• Prepare and process logistics documents (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system transactions promptly
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, suppliers, and customers on schedules and delivery status
• Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
• Support warehouse operations including stock receiving, stock issuance, and reconciliation
• Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits
• Maintain logistics records and filing systems
• Generate logistics reports as required
• Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and logistics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant logistics regulations
• Process supplier invoices
• Create and receive POs for suppliers
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics team
