Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a well established logistics company in Singapore to hire a Logistics Coordinator. Working location is at Taiseng near MRT; hours are 8am-5:15pm (Mon-Fri).

You will coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements, and prepare shipping documents to ensure on-time delivery. 1–3 years in a similar role preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in order processing and customer service role.
• Experience coordinating with customers and logistics partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
