Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to support order processing and shipment coordination.

You will liaise with customers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying invoices, packing lists and delivery orders; scheduling deliveries; maintaining 5S standards; and thriving under pressure to meet deadlines. 1–3 years in a similar role and a relevant diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in order processing and customer service.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding order requirements and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods by coordinating with customers, warehouse, and logistics service providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries, and transportation activities to meet customer requirements.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Work effectively under pressure to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations.
