Job summary

THE HR Ecology Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a logistics/warehouse support role in Singapore. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via phone and email, preparing shipping and import/export documents, and issuing invoices after shipments.

You will monitor shipments, ensure timely delivery, coordinate daily warehouse activities, and work with other departments to fulfil orders while maintaining accurate inventory. Safety and housekeeping are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping and import/export documents according to company procedures.
• Prepare invoices once shipments are completed.
• Monitor shipments to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing activities meet company KPIs.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities with the supervisor.
• Work closely with other departments to fulfil orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe workplace.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
