Responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of export pickup bookings with internal teams.
• Prepare, check and complete export shipping documentation.
• Coordinate pre-alerts with destination teams for shipment information.
• Verify cargo and shipment details prior to release.
• Maintain and file shipping documentation according to compliance.
• Monitor import shipments and perform regular shipment tracking.
• Check package quantities against shipment records and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers' receiving teams to resolve issues.
• Perform shipment data entry and maintain operational records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
