MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a warehouse admin role located in Singapore.

You will coordinate cargo movements, prepare shipping documents, and maintain records to support timely deliveries. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for warehouse cargo movements.
• Prepare shipping documents and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain operational records, reports, correspondence, schedules and expense files.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure cargo is ready for delivery on schedule.
• Update and maintain cargo status information in WMS and TMS.
• Liaise with customers regarding shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean, and other improvement activities.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation for warehouse cargo movements.
• Prepare shipping documents and process customer orders accurately.
• Maintain operational records, reports, correspondence, schedules and expense files.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure cargo is ready for delivery on schedule.
• Update and maintain accurate cargo status information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).
• Liaise with customers regarding shipment arrangements, delivery schedules and other logistics matters.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen, Lean projects and other operational improvement activities.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
