Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator / Executive to support daily transport operations at its Singapore location. You will coordinate delivery schedules, track truck availability, and ensure customer requirements are met.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to work with diverse teams, and a clear path to develop operational coordination skills within a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Possess good initiative and the ability to manage daily operational tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Able to coordinate schedules and maintain accurate operational records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customers’ daily operational requirements and coordinate delivery schedules, diversions, and replacement trucks.
• Ensure truck availability meets customer requirements while monitoring drivers’ work schedules, off days, and rest hours.
• Prepare and maintain mileage records, delivery trip reports, diversion reports, and other operational documentation.
• Perform daily data entry and provide accurate delivery trip information to the Finance department.

Responsibilities
