Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage medical device inventory, process orders, and ship products to customers from our Serangoon site.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, an O' level or higher, and a Class 3 driver's license, with overtime and standby duties as needed. You will coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.

Qualifications

• O' level and above.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Class 3 license required.
• Must be willing and comfortable to work overtime (OT) and perform standby duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate records of medical device inventory, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring availability for order fulfillment.
• Processing orders, preparing shipments, and ensuring that the correct medical devices are packaged and shipped accurately and on time.
• Managing the transportation and delivery of medical devices, including selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes and modes of transportation.
• Preparing all necessary shipping documentation, including packing lists and invoices, and ensuring accuracy.
• Adhering to relevant regulations and standards, such as those set by the FDA and ISO 13485 or equivalent, when handling and shipping medical devices.
• Working closely with various teams, including procurement, warehouse, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.

Working Days/Hours : 5 days, 9AM-6PM

Salary: $2800 + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
