Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Distribution Coordinator for medical devices in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth flow of devices from warehouse to hospitals, maintaining stock accuracy, and coordinating shipments.

You will process orders, prepare shipments, and manage transportation using cost-effective routes while meeting regulatory standards. On-call duties occur every three weeks, contributing to continuous operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the medical device industry or a distribution/logistics background.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and shipping software.
• Able to lift and move instrument sets of about 10kg.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely flow of medical devices from warehouse to healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Process orders, prepare shipments and ensure correct devices are packed and delivered on time.
• Arrange transportation and deliveries using efficient routes and modes.
• Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists and invoices.
• Handle and ship medical devices in line with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485 or equivalent).
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and sales teams for smooth operations.
• Participate in the on-call roster (every 3 weeks).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Company brief: Our client is an international medical device company supplying surgical products and instruments to hospitals and healthcare facilities in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accurate and timely flow of medical devices and instrument sets from the warehouse to healthcare facilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records: track stock levels, identify discrepancies and ensure stock is available for orders

• Process orders, prepare shipments and make sure the correct devices are packed and delivered accurately and on time

• Arrange transportation and deliveries, choosing efficient and cost-effective routes and modes

• Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists and invoices

• Handle and ship medical devices in line with regulations and standards (e.g. FDA, ISO 13485 or equivalent)

• Work closely with procurement, warehouse and sales teams for smooth operations

• Take part in the on-call roster (once every 3 weeks)

• Other duties as assigned
