Logistics Coordinator

• Freight bookings (sea/air) and courier service bookings
• Lorry/crane scheduling as needed
• Coordinate shipping documentation - Create Airwaybill, Accounts to prepare Commercial/Proforma Invoice, Store to prepare Packing List.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotes and confirm schedules for shipments
• Liaise with clients to schedule shipments, deliveries or pickups
• Forklift Maintenance,
