ENC Cargo Pte.Ltd. in Singapore invites you to join as a Logistics Coordinator at our Changi Airfreight Centre office. In this full-time role, you will coordinate movement of goods, prepare shipping documents, and monitor shipments from start to finish to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work with clients, carriers, and operations to resolve issues, maintain records, and support process improvements, with opportunities for training and career growth in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate movement of goods domestically and internationally with clients and carriers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Working in our Changi Airfreight Centre office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our freight forwarding and cargo handling services. What you'll be doing

1. Liaise with clients, carriers, and other vendors to coordinate the movement of goods domestically and internationally
2. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
3. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to counterpart on the progress of their deliveries
4. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
5. Maintain accurate records and data related to all logistics activities
6. Assist with the implementation of process improvements and the development of new services

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role
