Job summary

E-PAYMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import/export declarations and coordinate local shipments in Singapore. You will liaise with customers and transporters, book air and sea freight, and handle enquiries by email and phone.

The role welcomes candidates with O levels and 1–2 years experience or ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/SC with no experience, as training is provided. On-site duties and ad-hoc tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• O level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• ITE/ Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle import and export permit declaration.
• Prepare simple logistics documents.
• Attending to email enquiries & calls.
• Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
• Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
• Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any).
• Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request.
