Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Singapore to drive new sales across Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services.

You will prospect, acquire, and expand client accounts while delivering tailored logistics solutions. You will establish long-term client relationships, present compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development or hunter sales experience in freight/logistics.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales opportunities across Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management.
• Prospect, acquire, and expand new customer accounts to hit sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Present and negotiate proposals, quotations, and service agreements with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales updates and market intelligence for planning.
• Ensure timely payments and uphold credit terms with customers.
