WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially minded Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales across corporate fleet, logistics, transportation, workshop and retail markets in Singapore.

The role focuses on growing revenue, expanding the customer base and building long-term partnerships. You will conduct market research, participate in industry events and coordinate with internal teams to deliver strong value and promote loyalty programmes.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual sales revenue and profitability objectives.
• Expand the customer portfolio by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Maintain existing customer accounts and develop long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to support product and service development.
• Participate in networking events and industry activities to increase market exposure.
• Plan and execute promotional packages and customer loyalty programmes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support sales activities and operational requirements.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
