Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to identify new growth opportunities and expand our market presence across fleet, logistics, transportation, workshop and retail sectors.

You will build new customer accounts, nurture existing relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations. The role includes developing loyalty initiatives, promoting campaigns, and participating in training and career development

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales channels.
• Manage existing business relationships to improve customer retention and sales performance.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability in line with departmental targets.
• Research market trends and customer requirements to identify potential product opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders through networking and business development activities.
• Develop and implement customer loyalty initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Work with internal teams to support sales operations and customer requirements.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
