Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Logistics experience with at least 3 years in a lead position.
• O' levels or a Diploma in Logistics, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to document issues clearly and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in running day-to-day operations.
• Lead the team to achieve the department's KPI goals.
• Prepare, maintain and update process documentation to meet accounts and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper warehouse housekeeping.
• Oversee inbound and outbound activities and ensure timely processing.
• Supervise staff, provide on-the-job training, and monitor performance.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation, update WMS for stock returns, and run cycle counts.
• Manage inventory accuracy and generate related reports.
• Escalate irregularities to the Operations Manager and contribute to work improvement projects.
• Communicate with customers on operations and service issues.
