Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics assistant to support pharmaceutical shipments from Singapore.

You will prepare shipments, liaise with customers, and coordinate airfreight bookings and AWBs, with training provided. You will also update inventories, pick and pack products, and carry out tasks as directed by the Operations Manager. The role requires a hands-on approach, good Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight or logistics.
• Minimum O-Level qualification or above.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
