Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Perm) is seeking a proactive coordinator to manage end-to-end air freight import shipments, from arrival to delivery. You will prepare and verify shipping documents, communicate with customers, and coordinate with airlines, providers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in air freight import or freight forwarding, a solid understanding of import processes, and strong customer service and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight import or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Good understanding of import processes and shipping documentation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air freight import shipments.
• Coordinate shipments from arrival through customs clearance and final delivery.
• Prepare and check import shipping documents.
• Provide customers with timely shipment updates and handle enquiries.
• Coordinate with airlines, transporters, warehouses and internal teams.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or operational issues.
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and SOPs.
• Support billing and other shipment-related administrative duties.

Working Days: 5.25 Days
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Alternate Sat, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Salary: Up to $3,500, depending on experience
Benefits: 16 Days AL + $40 Mobile Allowance + $100 Transport Subsidy
