Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to prepare pharmaceutical shipments, liaise with customers, and book airfreight with airlines.

You will also update inventories and pick/pack products, supporting the Operations Manager with additional duties as needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a basic education (O-Level or above), and strong Excel, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airfreight or logistics.
• Customer-oriented mindset required.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete pharmaceutical logistics shipments.
• Liaise with customers regarding shipment orders.
• Book airfreight with airlines and process Air Waybills (AWBs). Training provided.
• Update import and export product inventories.
• Pick and pack pharmaceutical products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
