Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED, on behalf of our client, seeks a Warehouse Associate in Singapore to manage inbound/outbound operations across receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods from Jurong or Woodlands. Work hours chosen by you include morning, mid, or night shifts.

You will use SAP/WMS for inventory, perform stock counts, prepare orders, and uphold safety and quality standards. Salary ranges SGD 2,000–2,500 monthly with performance bonus, AWS and other benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS (SAP) systems for inventory and order management.
• Comfortable with heights and warehouse safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
• Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.

This is a permanent role directly with our client.

Working Hours (to choose)

• Morning Shift: 8am to 5:30pm
• Mid Shift: 1pm to 10pm
• Night Shift: 8pm to 5:30am

Working Location: Jurong or Woodlands (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)

Salary from $2000 to $2500 with Performance Bonus, AWS and Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
• Pallet Jack, Reach Truck or Stacker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height.
