Job summary

Semiconductor Trading Company is seeking a Logistics Operator / Warehouse Assistant to support cargo reception, inspection, put-away, and packing in a tidy air-conditioned warehouse near Tai Seng MRT. You will use a PDA scanner and WMS to ensure accurate stock and timely shipments.

Role requires basic English, careful attention to procedures, and the ability to work as part of a team with occasional overtime. Five-day work week in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Manual lifting of cartons around 20kg per carton.
• Experience with PDA Barcode Scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Basic written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Perform the assigned logistics works such as cargo reception, inspection, manual lifting, pick & pack, space allocation, taping, labelling, sorting, etc., following SOP / instructions.
• Inbound: check accuracy and condition of physical goods against paperwork and report exceptions upon acceptance at the warehouse; then perform put-away to designated location.
• Outbound: build boxes for shipment, pick & pack using PDA Barcode Scanner, label goods, and place packaged items in the correct area.
• Seek necessary information in the warehouse system when needed.
• Assist in stock-take to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Monitor stock status, i.e., carton boxes, packing tools & materials.
• Carry out housekeeping of the warehouse and keep work areas tidy at all times.
• Comply with safety regulations and security measures for warehouse operations.
• Team player.
• Work minimal overtime, with willingness to work overtime when required.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
