Zusammenfassung

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to prepare shipping docs, manage material flow and ensure timely production support. You will unpack, inspect, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, report discrepancies, and liaise with carriers.

The role requires at least Nitec and 3 years in manufacturing with shipping documentation and C/O processes; SAP knowledge is a plus. On-site role in Singapore with adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Min Nitec and above.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry in preparing shipping documents and tracking processes, including custom compliance documentation; C/O Application;
• Knowledge in using SAP is advantage

Aufgaben

• Prepare goods and shipping documentation, arrange packaging and determine suitable shipment methods.
• Manage the flow of products, materials and parts to ensure timely supply to production operations.
• Unpack, inspect and examine incoming shipments, report damaged items or discrepancies, and liaise with shipping providers to resolve issues.
• Conduct daily inventory verification within the plant and investigate and rectify discrepancies arising from incorrect inventory transactions.
• Perform goods receiving activities, including checking, verifying and recording incoming materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures when handling, moving, storing and transporting materials and products.
• Verify the quantity, weight and measurements of incoming and outgoing shipments against delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading and other relevant documents.
• Monitor and manage metal material requirements and conversion activities to support production operations when required.
• Work closely with various business units to support overall operational objectives, ensure accurate and complete operational transactions, and assist with management reporting.
• Prepare fabrication materials, components and kits for issuance to the operations team
• Other duties as assigned
