TCS CENTRAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support daily roastery and warehouse operations. You will assist with packing, labeling, stock movement, and general warehouse tasks to ensure timely distribution and maintained cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and keen to learn multiple roastery and warehouse functions while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, production, or packing experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy loads and perform manual handling tasks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and dependable.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to learn and support various roastery and warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coffee bean packing, labeling, sealing, and preparation of products for distribution.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and transferring inventory.
• Load, unload, and move stock, coffee beans, and operational supplies safely within the warehouse.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory checks, and warehouse housekeeping activities.
• Ensure products are packed accurately according to company standards and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards within the roastery and warehouse.
• Support the Roaster in daily production and operational requirements.
• Assist in preparing orders and replenishment requests for outlets and customers.
• Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by management.

Role Overview

The Logistics Assistant supports the daily operations of the roastery and warehouse by assisting with coffee bean packing, inventory handling, stock movement, and general warehouse activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring products are packed accurately, stored properly, and prepared for timely distribution while maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency within the roastery.
