ALCHEMIST WORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily operations in our roastery, covering packing, inventory, and general warehouse duties.

You will pick, pack, label coffee orders, monitor stock levels, assist roasting with weighing, conduct stock audits using FIFO, prepare shipments, and help with events. A positive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for both retail and wholesale customers.
• Monitor packaging supply levels and alert the team when restocking is needed.
• Assist the roasting team with handling, weighing, and sorting green and roasted coffee.
• Conduct regular stock audits and rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure freshness.
• Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accurate documentation and labelling for courier services.
• Support wholesale and retail deliveries — a valid driving license is a plus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the roastery, storage, and packing areas.
• Help coordinate logistics and product preparation for events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
• Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner.

• No Experience is welcome!

Nice to Have:

• A valid class 3 driving license (to assist with deliveries when needed).
• An interest in specialty coffee and a desire to deepen your knowledge of the industry.
