Job summary

Alchemist Works Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Roastery Production Assistant to join our roastery team in Singapore.

You will handle picking, packing, weighing, sealing, and labelling coffee orders for retail and wholesale, while assisting the roasting team with green and roasted coffee handling. You will manage inventory through stock audits and FIFO rotation, monitor packaging supplies, and ensure orders are dispatched with proper courier documentation.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and freshness standards.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Organised, dependable, and proactive in managing multiple responsibilities.
• A collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced roastery environment.
• Passionate about coffee — or keen to learn more about the craft.
• Holder of a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license (mandatory for full-time role)
• No prior experience required — we will train the right person.

Responsibilities
