Allpress Espresso Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team.

You’ll manage stock, pack customer orders accurately, and handle deliveries while supporting the team with warehouse duties, event support, and admin. Get hands-on with espresso machinery – La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig and others – from setup to troubleshooting, and carry out on-site service visits across Singapore.

Qualifications

• You love coffee and talking to people; you have a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience in a café or the wider F&B industry is a strong plus.
• Experience working with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulics) is helpful.
• A valid driver’s licence is required.
• Strong organisation and timekeeping, ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Coffee-making experience and/or a coffee industry background is a plus, not essential.

Responsibilities

About the role

We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team — someone who's hands‑on with equipment, comfortable on the road, and genuinely enjoys talking coffee with customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing stock levels and packing customer orders accurately and on time
• Handling deliveries
• Supporting the team as needed — warehouse duties, event support, and admin
• Getting hands‑on with espresso machinery — La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig, and others — from setup to troubleshooting
• Carrying out onsite service visits for customers across Singapore

Deliveries are also a chance to build relationships — whether that’s a quick chat about our coffee or checking in on how a customer’s café is running. We work closely with our equipment manufacturers and suppliers, so you’ll get regular, up‑to‑date training on new machines and products as they come through.

About you
