Qualifications

• ITE or equivalent qualification is required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse/logistics experience is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using ERP/WMS is advantageous.
• Physically fit for lifting and palletising tasks; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, put away, and ship cargo within a warehouse environment.
• Check, retrieve, load, unload, pack, and palletise import and export shipments.
• Update cargo receipt and shipment status in the ERP system.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy; report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and security protocols.
• Assist supervisory staff with additional operational tasks as needed.

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate handling of import and export cargo while maintaining high standards of inventory control, safety, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, put away, and ship cargo within a warehouse environment
• Check, retrieve, load, unload, pack, and palletise import and export shipments
• Update cargo receipt and shipment status accurately within the ERP system
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracyInvestigate and report inventory discrepancies when required
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and security protocols
• Support additional operational activities as directed by the supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent
• 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred
• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous
