Job summary

TIONG NAM LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse assistant to manage daily warehouse operations at Senoko. You will handle picking, receiving, proofing goods, and cycle counts, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires familiarity with SAP and WMS for GR/GI, coordination with customers, and adherence to safety standards. Weekend work and on-call support may be required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and IT savvy for scanning system.
• Experience in FMCG industry is a plus.
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation may be required.
• Able to work Saturday and support on off-days/public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Run all warehouse operations including picking, handling and QC checks.
• Order processing - GR and GI in SAP and WMS.
• Liaise and coordinate with customer.
• Perform daily/monthly/quarterly cycle counts.
• Receive and release cargo; put-away to bin location.
• Picking, consolidation, labeling and packing.
• Palletizing for export and maintain warehouse housekeeping.
• MHE management and related ad-hoc duties.

Job Description

The warehouse assistant is responsible to run all the warehouse operation (picking, handling, checking, etc)

• Order processing - to do GR and GI in SAP and WMS
• Liaising and co-ordinating with customer
• Performing daily/monthly/quarterly cycle count
• Receiving and releasing of cargo
• Put-away to bin location
• Picking and consolidation
• Labelling, packing and QC check
• Palletizing for export
• Any other warehouse ad-hoc duties
• Warehouse housekeeping
• MHE management

Job Requirements

• Singaporeans / SPRs are most welcome to apply
• Detail-oriented
• IT savvy for scanning system
• Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be an added advantage
• Forklift, VNA or reach truck operation
• Warehouse safety understanding
• Able to work on Saturday and support on off-day / public holiday when required
