Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Analytics to lead a high‑performing team delivering in‑depth logistics insights across operations, fleet, delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will partner with Logistics and Service Operations to enable data‑driven decisions that scale with the business.

You will design metrics, advanced analytics, and AI data products, mentor analysts, and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership to improve performance and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in analytics/data science with leadership experience.
• Strong SQL and Python with statistical modeling and experimentation.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain analytics and cost/performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Translate business priorities into analytical initiatives and a roadmap.
• Design composite performance metrics and AI data products.
• Apply operations research and causal inference to guide decisions.
